Investing in eHealth provides a principled approach to support health care managers, clinicians, and educators interested in complementing clinical services with interactive health communication systems (IHCSs). David H. Gustafson, PhD, is a professor of Industrial Engineering and Preventive Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
