This book constitutes the proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Perspectives in Business Informatics Research, BIR 2015, held in Tartu, Estonia, in August 2015. Overall, 49 submissions from 16 countries were rigorously reviewed by 47 members of the Program Committee representing 23 countries.
