The main representatives of greek authors of the hellenistic period are presented together with fragments of their texts. There are activties concering the fragments in order to make the students read the fragments and think about various aspects of their literary value, the genre and the period they belong to. An analysis follows giving among other information the answer to the activities. So the students have as well the conclusion about the literary, social and other characteristics of the period.
