The 6th chapter constitutes an analysis of spaces and ways of supporting alternate working conditions, adapting to the individual needs, obtaining in each case personal character or duration. The personalization of space, as an idea, reforms the establishing notions, giving to them a special meaning or interpreting them in a new way. Thus each user has now an unbreakable bonding with their space. Additionally, the chapter constitutes an introduction to the «context of alternative office» and an analysis of «private office into alternative space», as well as «the possibility of personal choice and space expropriation», with references to specific cases of materialised office interiors.
