Περίληψη: | In this chapter the most often used participation methods, falling into the mapping diversity group, are presented. More specifically the following methods are discussed: Policy Exercises, Focus Groups, World Café, Scenario Analysis and Participatory Modelling. These methods aim at gathering from participants a variety of information (divergent views and opinions, ideas, visions, policy directions etc.) in order to enrich planners' knowledge and shed light on planning problem dimensions that are not visible from a first glance. Participants hold a consultive role in the planning exercise.
