Περίληψη: | It has always been the goal of education for students in the course of Nosology-physical examination and Internal medicine was to maximize the time of practical training in the wards in small groups of students, so that they are in constant contact with patients.<br/>On the other hand, the theoretical teaching of educational items is not for substantive "lessons from home" but the discussion of students with the teacher for patients with specific clinical problems, ie in clinical practice. In logic this aid includes 68 clinical practice covering all Nosology. Eight exercises relate to a short introduction to the Nosology of each system, while the other 60 in representative clinical cases. In each of these prior reporting of basic knowledge indispensable to the student in order to understand the clinical-diagnostic problem 1-4 cases of patients in the form of medical file follows. So students have the opportunity to discuss with the teacher for the patient and think, be concerned and trained in diagnosis and differential diagnostic on actual clinical problems of patients who are hospitalized daily in a medical ward. This method of education of students in Nosology-physical examination and Internal medicine has proven to be the most prolific and even since has been adopted by many Medical Schools. |
