Περίληψη:Improving energy efficiency and environmental efficiency is a major concern of the European Union in reducing pollution, improving energy security and economic development, especially in the transport sector, which is one of the most energy intensive sectors. The aim of this diplomatic work is to determine the existence or not of a causal relationship between the variables of energy consumption, economic growth and emissions in the European industrial sector. To calculate this relationship between our variables, we will look at the data from 25 European countries in 9 different sectors in the 1995-2009 period using the Granger Causality method on STATA.
