| Περίληψη: | The focus of this research is in the area of job satisfaction. For the needs of this research, several key factors were examined in order to understand in depth the concept of job satisfaction and clarify some of the key values that define the subject area.
Such a study is important for various reasons. Initially, this research critically assesses and examines how the job satisfaction is gathered for certain European countries. Also, it discusses the critical importance of the area of job satisfaction in the everyday life of the average European citizen and effectively clarity is ought to be given. Another very important issue which is covered is how basic fields of and factors can easily define the levels of job satisfaction and how these factors while combined, can form the general state of a person. Moreover the research identifies the need that exists for the people and the organizations to understand and take into consideration all the scopes that can impact their employees’ state.
