For this purpose, current empirical analyzes from comparative social policy are systematically linked with empirical findings on the gender-specific division of labor. The core thesis of this article is that current changes and persistence tendencies in gender arrangements can only be understood in the context of political, structural and historical-cultural framework conditions. |
