Second, based on these data which clearly show interaction between syntax and morphology it aims to discuss theoretical models which deal with this kind of interaction in different ways. Models like Generative Grammar assume components of grammar and a clear-cut distinction between the lexicon (often including morphology) and grammar. Other models, like construction grammar, do not assume such components and are rather based on a lexicon including constructs. A comparison of these models on the basis of this phenomenon on the morphology-syntax interface makes it possible to assess their descriptive and explanatory power. 2018-01-12 23:55 2017-12-01 23:55:55 2018-12-12 10:19:03 2020-04-01T13:15:08Z 2020-04-01T13:15:08Z 2017 book 641732 OCN: 1030817345 2567-742X 9783961100132 http://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/30842 eng Morphological Investigations application/pdf Attribution 4.0 International 641732.pdf http://langsci-press.org/catalog/book/156 Language Science Press 10.5281/zenodo.885113 10.5281/zenodo.885113 0bad921f-3055-43b9-a9f1-ea5b2d949173 9783961100132 1 280 open access
