This volume contains the papers held at this conference, which demonstrate the detailed and growing research on the reformer of Geneva. Since the contributions reflect the latest research in Calvin studies, the conclusions reached in many of the papers are surprising. Calvin was not a reformer in all respects in the original sense, as some would have wanted him to be. However on other subjects he definitely distanced himself from tradition and from his fellow reformers. All in all, this volume gives an overview of the many facets of John Calvin and his theology. 2020-12-15T14:12:04Z 2020-12-15T14:12:04Z 2010 book 9783161585883 https://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/43957 eng application/pdf n/a external_content.pdf Mohr Siebeck Mohr Siebeck https://doi.org/10.1628/978-3-16-158588-3 103822 https://doi.org/10.1628/978-3-16-158588-3 773c36f2-8bde-4e8c-8b8d-7fab7b2879fe b818ba9d-2dd9-4fd7-a364-7f305aef7ee9 9783161585883 Knowledge Unlatched (KU) Mohr Siebeck Knowledge Unlatched open access
