Since its entry into force in 1981, the Asylum Law has been revised on numerous occasions, following a general trend toward more restrictiveness. Among the many discourses that have accompanied the politicisation of asylum, the rhetoric of the "fight against abuse" has emerged as a dominant framework of public debate, gathering a broad consensus. With few exceptions, existing scholarship on the Swiss context has remained silent on the issue. This collective and multidisciplinary book fills this gap in the literature by exploring the various forms and expressions of the discourse of abuse, as well as its impact on the production and implementation of asylum law. 2021-03-15T10:24:45Z 2021-03-15T10:24:45Z 2020 book 9782883510944 9783037772126 https://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 ger fre Social Cohesion and Cultural Pluralism application/pdf Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International oa_9782883517318.pdf Seismo 10.33058/seismo.20731 10.33058/seismo.20731 2a4e97ae-726c-4086-a24b-d4536718a4a8 9782883510944 9783037772126 280 open access
