This monograph consists of two parts, i.e., inside and outside metamaterials, and covers the basic concepts and mathematical methods, which are necessary to understand the thermal problems extensively investigated in physics, but also in other disciplines of engineering and materials. The analyses rely on models solved by analytical techniques accompanied by computer simulations and laboratory experiments. This monograph can not only be a bridge linking three first-class disciplines, i.e., physics, thermophysics, and materials science, but also contribute to interdisciplinary development. 2022-10-14T10:40:14Z 2022-10-14T10:40:14Z 2023 book ONIX_20221014_9789811959080_36 9789811959080 https://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/58663 eng application/pdf n/a 978-981-19-5908-0.pdf https://link.springer.com/978-981-19-5908-0 Springer Nature Springer Nature Singapore 10.1007/978-981-19-5908-0 10.1007/978-981-19-5908-0 6c6992af-b843-4f46-859c-f6e9998e40d5 219cc0eb-31a9-46a1-a50f-c2d756c7fec1 63d955e3-fd2f-4546-9cb1-b72b6a8099c1 9789811959080 Springer Nature Singapore 344 Singapore [...] [...] National Natural Science Foundation of China Chinese National Science Foundation open access
