The colloquia series of summer term 2022 dealt with the topics “Why Digitalisation?”, “Digitalisation aspects of the new European Regulation on the taking of evidence in civil or commercial matters and European Service Regulation”, as well as “"New Paths in Electronic Communication with the Courts.” In this volume, the authors trace the latest developments in the digitalisation of civil procedure law at both the national and international level with their innovative and highly up-to-date contributions.
