Brian Berkowitz

Brian Saul Berkowitz (Hebrew: בריאן ברקוביץ; born 3 February 1959) is an Israeli hydrologist, full professor at the Faculty of Chemistry, Weizmann Institute of Science. He served as Head of the Department of Chemical Research Support and as Head of the Department of Earth and Planetary sciences. He is recognized as a world-renowned expert in flow and transport phenomena in porous media. He is the recipient of the Meinzer Award (2015) and the John Dalton Medal (2021). Provided by Wikipedia
