Online communities of practice (OCoPs) is a very promising tool in education with the potential to support knowledge sharing and promote teachers’ professional development. A systematic literature review was conducted to examine a) the strategies that are used for the establishment, development, and evaluation of teachers’ ΟCoPs, b) the theoretical framework that underlines these processes and c) the factors affecting implementation of OCoPs.
